Hair color is a primary source of income at You Salon. Your training of the principles of color will give you the skills to create and recreate any color. Training includes: specialty application, foiling techniques, and advanced color placement.
Other ongoing education includes men's hair design and barbering techniques, advanced design texturizing techniques and finishing.

Are you an individual who is seeking a career as a hair designer? Are you a student fresh out of beauty school or a new designer in the industry? Are looking for the next level of education and opportunity? Then YOU salon, Inc “Associate Certification Program” is what you’ve been looking for. It will allow you to achieve your goals, be at the forefront of change in the industry, and allow you become a successful and profitable professional in the beauty industry.
As an Associate you will be paired with a Master Designer and work directly with them everyday. This structured program is broken down week-by-week and you will learn everything you need to know to be a successful designer. The Associate Certification Program consists of the fundamentals of: systems, procedures, expectations, teamwork, customer service, business ethics and the foundations of hair to build a solid foundation. The foundations of hair trainings will include REDKEN based Principles of Finishing, Color, Design, and Texture. Understanding these skills will allow you to create and recreate any look. The Associate Certification Program will teach you methods that will help you understand not just the “HOW?” when doing hair, but the “WHY?” it does, what it does! Gaining a better understanding of these principles will empower and enlighten your future. You will also receive advanced training that will challenge your skills, enhance your creativity and prepare you for the highest level of technical competency behind the chair at YOU salon, Inc.
