Robin Gribbin is the owner of YOU salon, Inc. She has been in the beauty industry since 1974 and as a salon professional she believes that YOU are the most important part of the success of our salon. (Master A)

Robin has the unique ability to help others accomplish and succeed in their goals. She created a confident atmosphere focusing on each stylist's strengths, while strongly focusing on the development of their education and future. As an artist for Redken 5th Avenue, NYC, she has toured the country training other salons on hair design, coloring, and business. Robin opened YOU salon in 2003 and began developing a salon educational team that surpasses any in the area today. With her knowledge and influence her salon educatonal team has developed an extensive 9 month training program for the YOU salon technical design team insuring exceptional service everytime.  Since its 2003 opening, YOU salon has gained a reputation for high-quality service, an exceptional training program for it associates, and outstanding teamwork.

Robin is well grounded, and brings out the best in everyone. Her guests love her because she truly cares about them and their needs and she is always very happy to see them. Her guests would be interested to know that she loves playing computer games and always enjoys a nice quiet day at home with family.

Jason Gribbin, Artistic Director of YOU salon, Inc., is a master designer and salon professional, with a lifetime of exposure to the industry. His areas of expertise include design & color, in addition to educating designers across the region. (Master A, Haircuts Master AA)

Jason  has a passion for design and has a style all his own. Being a trainer at YOU salon, Inc as well as with Redken 5th Avenue, he has a way of coaching each individual to master their own strengths and become the best they can be. His guests love him because he is personable, talented, and is able to understand their needs. Jason has a passion to train his associates and help develop their education. He is patient, trustworthy, funny, talented, and passioniate about styling hair. Outside of work you can find him playing golf, Guitar Hero, spending time with his family, and he has a love of building things. He has the unique ability to create a distinct "look" with his haircuts, making him stand out from other stylists.

Meghanne Haran, Director of Salon Operations

Guests love her because she is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and caring. She is a true "doer," you give her a task and it gets done proficiently and quickly. Her favorite thing to do at work is draw up ad's and create signage for monthly deals. Meghanne is loyal and honest and loves chatting with people. In her free time she enjoys playing any kind of game, and loves to cuddle with her dog and 2 cats. She loves driving through the country on a hot summer day. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, playing games and travelling. Guests would be interested to know she likes almost any vegetable except brussel sprouts.

Miranda Boyd, Director of Color of YOU salon, Inc., is a Master designer. 

As our Director of Color and a member of our training team, Miranda trains and mentors our team on all aspects of color excellence. Her guests love her because she has a willingness to change their hair, and she is constantly growing her skills. Her strength is color; she has a real eye for color and can match the right tones to the right person. She loves to meet new people and to help others feel better about being them. Her guests enjoy being around her because she is funny and can make a joke out of any context. Miranda hates being bored and cold weather, so she goes shopping, hangs out with friends, and stays warm at the beach. Miranda's guests would love to know that she is a huge football and college basketball fan, and she enjoys a good game of kickball.

  • Christa began her journey in the world of hair as an Apprentice at YOU salon, Inc. She has a natural talent to create the perfect cut and color for anyone at any age. She loves a challenge and will approach it head on, using her skills and attention to detail. She is able to create the perfect look for her clients while at the same time making her guests happy with her sunny disposition. Her guests would be interested to know that she owns a motorcycle and enjoys joy riding on a nice day. She is devoted to her family and an avid dog lover.

She is always interested in shopping & fashion, and she loves living in Baltimore City. During her free time, Kristyn dances and choreographs as a member and founder of a modern dance company.

Rachel's favorite part of being at YOU salon is seeing new and familiar faces every day. She loves going home every day knowing she helped make someone beautiful.
